About Me
Hi! i’m Kelly Mundth
I have been working in Life Sciences for over 25 years and have been fortunate enough to work in diverse roles and companies, both large and small. By doing this it has led me to discover my love for learning and development and being able to lead, teach, coach, and learn with and from others.
We each have unique experiences and sharing them allows us to thrive. Being able to help develop others, help them have ah-ha moments, and see them push through challenging things is why I do what I do. By being curious and offering perspective I can help people learn and grow in their professional careers. I feel very fortunate to work in learning and development.
Check out this podcast and learn a little more about my journey:

My Approach
We all learn differently so a one size all approach does not always work. I build learning to appeal to the one size fits one as much as I can. I believe in experiential learning and that we all can be learners and teachers when we are in a room together or on a screen together.
With so many distractions surrounding us it is hard to grab our attention so creating an environment that helps us focus and learn is so important. In my courses you will see a mix of
Facilitation
Small group activities
Large group activities
Best practice sharing
Group discussion
Saying the words (role play)
This allows us to learn from each other because there is no, "smartest person in the room". You will walk away with the golden nuggets that you can shamelessly steal from other individuals along with an action plan. If you leave a learning moment and do nothing different, nothing will change. You have just made an investment in yourself, make sure you make it count.
